If you have ANY income that you report, you will automatically get $100 from this benefit.
So if you only make $10.00 they take $5.00 of you cheque but you get $100, meaning you make $105 when you would have otherwise made $10.00. And, if you make $100, you get $50.00 taken of your check but an additional $100 from this benefit so you will actually make $150.
This should be automatic. If it isn't – demand it.
